As the Client Services Manager for the Contracting group in Stratford, Shawna Stirk spearheaded the Fox-Wyndrum software program for Office Moving, Rigging, Logistics, and Library Relocation. This program helped to streamline processes such as job entry, dispatch, payroll, billing, and accounting. Shawna was able to lead and execute the success of the Fox-Wyndrum project all while continuing her day to day work responsibilities as well as managing her staff. The success of this project, which was only possible with Shawna’s leadership, made a true difference for our customers and employees.

Shawna Stirk differentiated herself from others with her incredible project management skills and her ability to inspire those around her. Shawna was nominated multiple times throughout 2018 for exemplifying Honesty, Integrity, Dependability, Creativity, and Stewardship. Congratulations, Shawna!

Osvaldo Santos is a key member of the Records Management team in our Windsor facility. 2017 was a year of tremendous growth and expansion at our Windsor facility, as noted in a previous post. All of the Windsor team members were called upon to rise to the challenge of increased demand while maintaining our commitment to providing the best service to each and every one of our customers.

From this group, Osvaldo stood out and made an impression on his managers and team members for never hesitating to take on extra responsibility. Osvaldo was nominated multiple times over the course of 2017 for showing Creativity, Dependability, and Integrity in being prepared to take on any task assigned to him.

During the Windsor facility expansion, many accounts and projects in the warehouse were in transition and required additional time and effort to be completed accurately. Osvaldo was an immense help with coming up with creative solutions to make sure this was accomplished for our customers. He did not hesitate to take on any assignment and rose to the challenge of new tasks. Without being asked, he went above and beyond to go the extra mile and live our values, the hallmark of a LIV champion.
