Recently, our team gathered at Sacred Heart University for a strategy session that brought together Meyer employees from across the organization. It was more than just a meeting, it was a moment to reconnect, reflect, and refocus.

As a 110-year-old company, we understand that change is constant. We’ve thrived for more than a century not by resisting change, but by embracing it. That’s why our company strategy isn’t something we visit once a year—it’s a living, evolving priority that guides how we serve, grow, and lead.

Facilitated by the insightful Brent Robertson and Stefani Calvano-Schwartz from Be Generative, we explored how to deepen our impact, elevate our purpose, and began the process of designing a new vision for our future.

Moments like this remind us why our tagline, Shaping Futures, is more than just words.
