In May 2026, the Town of Manchester achieved a major milestone: opening Connecticut’s first net-zero energy public library. To make this vision a reality during the renovated building’s critical final phase, Meyer was called upon to accomplish what many considered impossible—relocating 13,160 linear feet of library collections and materials to temporary storage in just 14 days (May 4-22, 2026).
