When Progressive Insurance needed to relocate its claims offices from Newington to Farmington, Connecticut, speed and precision were non-negotiable. Claims operations don’t pause for a move — minimizing downtime was the priority from day one. 

Working through its Office Moving Alliance partnership with Andrews Moving & Storage, Meyer managed the full scope of the transition across a 26,600-square-foot full-floor space. That included receiving and unboxing a significant volume of new Steelcase furniture at Meyer’s Windsor, CT facility, coordinating the shipment of network electronics and excess desktop equipment to Progressive’s offices in Cleveland, and overseeing the assembly of 180 cubicles at the new Farmington location — a substantial installation effort completed in just one week to get Progressive’s team up and running with minimal disruption to their operations. 

The result was a seamless transition into a fully configured, move-in-ready workspace — delivered exactly on the timeline Progressive required.
