From high-end furnishings to artwork hung 30 feet in the air, Meyer helped bring West Hartford’s newest luxury development to life.

When a luxury apartment building prepares to open its doors, the model units have to be perfect. Every piece of furniture, every accent, every wall — these are the first impressions that turn a prospective tenant into a future resident. For One West Hartford, a new high-end residential development in the heart of West Hartford, Connecticut, that standard of perfection is exactly what Meyer delivered — brought to the project through its Office Moving Alliance partnership with Beltmann Moving and Storage. 

Working with an inventory of high-end furniture and artwork, Meyer’s team set up five fully furnished model apartments — each representing a distinct style available to prospective residents — along with a fully appointed sales office and leasing office. The scope covered everything from beds and kitchen tables to complete living room installations, all executed in close collaboration with the project’s design team to ensure every space looked exactly as envisioned.

The most demanding element of the project was the artwork. With more than 100 pieces to install — across five floors of hallways, throughout the model units, and in a dramatic lobby installation that required working 30 feet in the air — precision and care were paramount. Meyer’s team handled every piece, completed the full installation, and removed all debris, leaving One West Hartford’s team with polished, show-ready spaces from day one.
